A deeply restful practice centered on balancing the chakras—energy centers that support physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Through supported postures, gentle breath, and intention, we invite the nervous system to settle so energy can flow with greater ease. Every two weeks, we’ll focus on a different chakra, exploring its purpose and how it influences our overall sense of well-being.
