Amanda is a Master Level Reiki Practitioner dedicated to creating a calm, supportive space for relaxation, balance, and self-healing. Her work centers on helping clients reconnect with themselves and restore a sense of ease through gentle, intentional energy work.
In addition to being a Reiki Practitioner, Amanda is an E-RYT 200-hour yoga teacher and a certified Somatic Healing Practitioner, bringing a deep understanding of the mind-body connection into each session. This integrative background allows her to approach healing with presence, awareness, and respect for each person's unique experience.

Reiki - Individual Session with Amanda
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing practice promoting relaxation, balance, and well-being. It uses natural life-force energy flowing through all beings—when balanced, we feel calm and refreshed. In a session, you stay fully clothed on a table while the practitioner places hands on or above your body. Many feel deep relaxation or warmth. You may leave energized or grounded. A nurturing space for stress relief and unwinding.
Somatic Therapy with Amanda
A body-centered approach that helps release stored tension, stress, and trauma held in the body. Through gentle awareness, breath, movement, and mindful attention to physical sensations, somatic healing supports the nervous system in returning to safety and balance.
