This 60-minute experiential workshop offers a gentle introduction to Reiki, an energy healing modality developed by Mikao Usui. We’ll explore what it is, how it supports the nervous system & well-being, and what a session feels like.
Through grounding practices, energy awareness exercises, & guided hands-on or self-Reiki, connect with the healing power of presence, touch, and intention. No experience needed!
