Anew Wellness Circle

with Heidi McCullough

Join Anew Wellness Circle, a welcoming monthly gathering co-led by licensed therapist Heidi McCullough and wellness practitioner Amanda Adrian. Held on the first Thursday of each month, this community space explores holistic self-care, mind-body connection, and practical wellness tools. Through discussion and gentle practices, you’ll build community while experiencing Amanda’s nurturing approach to somatic therapy. All are welcome! Come reconnect on your path to healing and growth!

This Session's Theme

When Life Feels Overwhelming: Finding Your Center

This month’s Wellness Circle is a gentle 60-minute workshop for anyone who feels stretched thin by stress, emotions, or too much at once. We’ll normalize what overwhelm looks and feels like, then practice simple tools that help you notice it sooner and return to the present with more steadiness and self-compassion.

Together we’ll explore:

  • Signs of emotional overwhelm in the body, mind, and relationships
  • Practical coping strategies (naming what’s happening, reducing stimulation, grounding, and taking one next step)
  • Guided practices for finding your center: sensory grounding, gentle longer-exhale breathwork, a self-compassion anchor, and accessible mindful movement

You’ll leave with a personal centering plan - one grounding tool, one breath practice, and one supportive next step you can use when life starts to feel like too much. Participate at your own pace, and come as you are.
